Long hours, demanding physical labor, and stress make yoga’s health benefits vital for everyone. Science is proving yoga reduces back pain as well as stress and has been shown to improve employee well-being and productivity. "Yoga for Office Bodies" is approximately 1 hour in length, with a style that focuses primarily on breath and gentle stretching (that is to say, participants are welcome to wear street clothes as it won’t be a vigorous class).
