Yoga for Office Bodies with Marcy Null (click here for bio)

Tuesdays 6-7pm

No class on December 26 or January 2

Long hours, demanding physical labor, and stress make yoga’s health benefits vital for everyone. Science is proving yoga reduces back pain as well as stress and has been shown to improve employee well-being and productivity.  "Yoga for Office Bodies" is approximately 1 hour in length, with a style that focuses primarily on breath and gentle stretching (that is to say, participants are welcome to wear street clothes as it won’t be a vigorous class).  

Marcy is certified in Forrest Yoga, a style that does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.   As a beginner to Forrest Yoga, you will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with your body. As you progress, you will become more proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work best for you.

This drop-in style class is ongoing. Advance sign-up is not required.

Fee: $28/single class or 5 classes for $125

Restorative Yoga + Soundbath Meditation Class Series

Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm

2 Sessions: October 11 - November 1

November 15 - December 13 (no class Nov. 22)


In this class, you’ll claim your calm and enter a deep state of rest. You’ll engage with nervous system soothing practices and experience the blissful state that comes when you allow yourself to get quiet. We’ll spend time moving our bodies with restorative yoga, calming our minds through sound meditation, and connecting with our hearts as we get curious about ways we can carve out time for our own rejuvenation.


Radical Rest is a welcoming class for all people. This means that adults of all shapes and sizes and folks of all ages, races, sexual orientations, genders, and backgrounds are welcome here. We see you, honor your life experiences, and are committed to a holding space in which you can feel safe enough to explore.

Yoga for Low Back Health with Lynda Jo Shlaes (click here for bio)

Thursdays 6-7:15pm

November 9 - December 21 (no class Nov. 23)


Lynda Jo will guide your gentle movement through a series of poses specifically chosen to support the flexibility, strength, and mobility of the low back. This class may be particularly appealing to those who are looking for a slower approach to the yoga practice or who feel uncomfortable in traditional yoga classes.


Yoga for Low Back Health is a 6-class series, open to people of all levels and ages who have low back challenges and/or want to strengthen their low back.
