Meet Our Staff

Audrey Reardon, LMT

Audrey Reardon is a passionate licensed massage therapist who studied at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California. There she was able to reinforce the connection she has always had with the mind and body through all different types of modalities. She takes pride in Myofascial and Trigger point therapy along with Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, energy work, and relaxation massage. Oak Park has always been her home, and she is very much looking forward to being an asset to the community in a positive, intimate and connected way. She believes every session can be a journey that takes place between therapist and client tackling the issues that are giving discomfort that day, while providing a treatment plan for prevention. Dr. Gerou and Audrey work very closely so that your treatment plan can be worked on together, allowing you the best results possible. She hopes you can leave her hands feeling safe, hopeful, and rejuvenated.

Joan Spencer, LMT

Joan Spencer is a dedicated massage therapist who graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 2006.  She also spent several years teaching massage students at NUHS, where she appreciated the engagement that comes with working on a team, and she came to White Lotus motivated to deepen that engagement by working with an integrated healthcare team on a daily basis.  She frequently uses trigger point therapy and orthopedic techniques, along with myofascial, deep tissue, and relaxation work.  Joan is passionate and curious about using massage to help resolve pain, and she views each session as an opportunity to further build on the therapeutic relationship, communicating with both Dr. Gerou and the client to achieve the best possible results.  She is a new resident of Oak Park, and is looking forward to being part of the community, both at work and at home.
