Kundalini Yoga for Breast Cancer

Come and practice Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, with
other women who have experienced breast cancer, working to
balance body, mind, and spirit. This series will focus on breathing
techniques, physical postures, relaxation and meditation. Learn
physical postures to promote lymph drainage and increase upper
body mobility. Learn to deeply relax and decrease stress. Mediate
with women around a shared experience.
