White Lotus is proud to offer a wide variety of classes.  No prior experience is necessary for ANY of our classes.  All shapes, sizes, ages and abilities are welcomed to participate.  We have all of the supplies that you will need including yoga mats, which are free to rent.  Please join us for one of our class offerings:

Monday  
 
10:30am-11:45am Therapeutic Yoga for Low Back, Hips, and Pelvis, All Levels, with Lynda Jo*
This Therapeutic Yoga Practice is specifically designed to stretch, open and strengthen the low back, hips, and pelvis.  Participants learn yoga poses and techniques that can aid in healing a variety of back/hip/pelvic pain conditions, restore balance in the body, and prevent injury.  The practice begins with invigorating poses to warm the body followed by mindfully chosen pose sequences specifically focused on the health of the low back, hip, and pelvic regions. Awareness and breathing are used to slow down the mind and help it to connect with the body during this all levels therapeutic practice.

6:30pm-7:30pm Yoga Nidra with Niki Jones**
Experience effortless relaxation with this sleep-based meditation practice, utilizing intentional breath and directed thought to achieve a deep relaxation for body, mind, and spirit.

 
Wednesday
  
7:00pm-8:15pm Hatha 1/Therapeutic Yoga with Lynda Jo*
Yoga for those beginning their yoga journey as well as those who prefer a slower-paced class. This class is good for people with physical challenges as it is based around physical therapy.

 
Friday

12pm-1:15pm Hatha 1/Therapeutic Yoga with Lynda Jo*
Yoga for those beginning their yoga journey as well as those who prefer a slower-paced class. This class is good for people with physical challenges as it is based around physical therapy.

Drop-in rate:         $20 per class

10 class punch-cards:  $180 for 10 classes

 

At this time, due to variance in class fees, punch-cards can be used only for classes of the same price.  All classes are 'drop-in' and do not require pre-registration.
